In 2019 Nichols Remodeling & Construction was started with a vision to elevate the customer experience in the construction industry. We saw a need for more effective and consistent communication, a need for consistency, and a need for the construction process to be simplified. Not every homeowner wants to be a project manager!

We do everything. We act as a ‘hub’ for all of your construction needs. What does a hub do? If you have an idea for a construction or remodel project, give us a call. Whether we’re the right fit for your project or not, we’ll put you in contact with trusted, vetted local contractors that will get the job done right.
We have a great team of employees and contractors in every trade related to construction and remodeling. That means you don’t have to act as a project manager, sourcing sub1contractors for each phase of your build. Not only that, but we have established relationships with the subcontractors we work with. They know what type of job-site they’re coming to. Because of that, our contractors offer better rates which directly translates to value for you, our client.
Assisted DIY: if you want to save money on your project, we’ll let you use our tools to complete any DIY aspect of your build that you’re comfortable doing yourself.
Turn Key Projects: If your preference is to never lift an finger during the construction process, we will take care of your entire build for you.
We try to have someone working on your project EVERY DAY from start to finish. The two most common complaints in this industry are timeline and seemingly never-ending budget increases. With someone working on your project every day, our timelines stay consistent.
Our billing is transparent. We don’t hit you on the back-end with fees or nickel and dime you about little missed costs. If there’s something we missed on our end, you won’t pay a dime more. The price is the price. Unless you’re adding something to your project, that won’t change.
We offer exclusive financing options. We have partnerships with local banks and other financial institutions that help you get your project done with the lowest out-of-pocket cost possible. We have the lowest down-payments in the industry. Our financing has NO FEES! No origination fee, no financing fee; the amount you finance is the amount you’ll pay back, plus interest.
Who we are
Nichols Remodeling & Construction was founded by Jackson Nichols. Jackson is a father of 5. He worked for a general contractor for five years before starting the company. Because of his experience in the industry, he saw gaps in the market that needed to be filled and took action. 5 Years later, Nichols Remodeling and Construction is stronger than ever; providing quality construction services and advice throughout the state of Utah.
Nichols Remodeling & Construction has three full time employees and a team of 60-70 contractors specializing in different trades at their disposal. Your project, big or small, is in good hands with us.
